5 Rhythms Dance and more

with Sarah Blagg and Mark Boylan

in Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Yorkshire and beyond

5 Rhythms dance is a movement practice created and developed by Gabrielle Roth.

Follow your own wave of energy through five essential movement qualities — flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness — to find your own unique dance.

5 Rhythms is suitable for any age, or body shape.  There are no steps to learn — you can’t get it wrong. Mark and Sarah are trained and accredited 5 Rhythms teachers

Movement Medicine is a movement practice developed by Ya’Acov and Susannah Darling Kahn. Mark is one of the first three qualified Movement Medicine teachers in the UK.

We offer a programme of 5 Rhythms and Movement Medicine classes and workshops in Sheffield,  Nottingham, Yorkshire, in the UK and beyond.  See our schedule  and workshops pages for details.
