Weekly Classes

Sheffield: Tuesdays - currently offering Movement Medicine rather than 5 Rhythms get in touch for details

7.45pm to 9.45pm. Endcliffe Methodist Church Upper Hall, Ecclesall Rd, S11 8PR. Near Hunters Bar Roundabout. With Mark or Sarah

Sheffield Women’s class: Monday’s . 6.15pm to 7.30pm. Currently Sarah is on Maternity leave so this class is on an extended break.
